Who we are

ProcureForce™ is a public procurement advisory firm and the maker of ProcureForce™ Software, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy covers the website at procureforce.net. Questions can go to consulting@procureforce.net or (877) 251-1918.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type. Depending on the form, that can include your name, job title, organization or agency, work email, phone number, your message, and your answers to survey questions such as how you rated the software and whether you plan to acquire it.

The forms on this site are the contact form, the live demo registration, and the software feedback and letter of intent survey. Every field marked optional is exactly that.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how long people stay, roughly where visitors are located (a city or region, never a street address), the type of device and browser, and the site that referred you. Google Analytics does this with a small cookie described below, and Google anonymizes IP addresses before storing them.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address and time of each request, for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and provide the service you asked about
• To register you for the live demo and send you the joining details
• To follow up on interest you express in ProcureForce™ Software, including a non-binding letter of intent
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them
• To keep the site secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us process it

We rely on a small number of service providers. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job.

• Netlify hosts the website and stores form submissions so we can review them.
• Google Analytics provides the usage statistics described above.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, so Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Resend delivers the confirmation and notification emails sent when you submit a form.
• Zoom hosts the virtual demo. If you join, Zoom’s own privacy policy applies to the meeting itself.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_HNYKYGDWL8 to tell one visit from another. They do not contain your name or contact details.

The site also uses your browser’s local storage, not cookies, to remember a few preferences: that you closed the registration popup, that you already registered, and your choice about analytics. These stay on your device and are never sent to us.

You can decline analytics using the notice that appears on your first visit, or with the control below. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies at any time. Declining analytics does not change how the site works.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on the interest you expressed, after which they are deleted. Google Analytics data is retained according to our analytics settings and Google’s standard retention periods. You can ask us to delete your submissions at any time.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing consulting@procureforce.net.
• Decline or turn off analytics as described above.
• Stop any follow-up email by replying and asking us to.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems, and only the people who need to see your information in order to respond to you have access to it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we bring to procurement records.

A note for public agency staff

If you contact us from a government email address, be aware that your correspondence may be subject to your own agency’s public records rules. We are glad to work with you on whatever channel your policies require.

Children

This site is intended for procurement professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top, and note meaningful changes here so they are easy to spot.
