ProcureForce® was founded by Malcolm Ali, a public procurement professional with hands-on experience leading purchasing operations across transit, public health, county, and municipal agencies, universities, and nonprofits. His work spans procurement teams and contract portfolios with combined annual spend exceeding $100 million.
Across his career he has prepared and awarded high-value solicitations, negotiated contracts that delivered measurable savings, built training programs for buyers and end users, and championed supplier diversity and equitable procurement. He is also the author of The 10 Contract Commandments and TrapGPT: The Hustla’s Guide to AI, and has trained entrepreneurs and small businesses on government contracting and the responsible use of AI in business.
